The Bull, a percussionist of
extraordinary class, not the loud
boom-boom type
but a player of his Geranium-pot drum
and an ordinary washboard, used for
laundry. His rhythm of the board with all
of its bells and whistles along with his
comic ability make him a great sidekick
for the Professor and produce a toe-
tapping all-round enjoyable experience.
The Bull's hometown was the farming
community of Ashley, Ohio. He now
resides in Tennessee…

The pair met while attending
Marietta (Ohio) College and
graduated in the class of 2012 --
Professor with a chemistry
degree and Bull with a degree in
Art. Having discovered their
similar taste in music they
decided to seek a career in the
music industry.
Professor had been introduced
to Jennifer and Rod Harris,
owners of jenn-rod artist
directions, an artist management
company based in TN. He invited
them to a showcase in Marietta
which led to a management-
development deal. Harris did not
like the stage name the duo was
using and advised them to
change it. Harris came up with
the name, “Professor and The
Bull”…Professor was a know-it-
all, hence became Professor…
Harris dubbed the other “Antonio
the Bull”… hence “Professor and
The Bull”!
“Professor and The Bull” are
said to be, “Old souls in young
energetic bodies”! They perform
a mixture of Blues, Rock, R&B,
Country, Pop, and Bluegrass
with Soul laced throughout. Their
unique styling mesmerizes the
young, old and indifferent...
“Professor and the Bull” will take
you on a musical road trip of your
lifetime, featuring originals with
hit covers from the 1920’s up-
until today!
